Machine Bases and Anchoring

Filling 10–75 mm gaps under industrial machine bases, steel column anchors and precast joints with non-shrink grout.

    Step 1 · Formwork and surface preparation

    Formwork must be watertight and pressure-resistant; absorbent surfaces are saturated with no standing water.

    Step 2 · Grout pour (10–75 mm)

    Non-Shrink Grout Mortar

    Poured continuously from one side to avoid air entrapment; 20 N/mm² at 1 hour, 65 N/mm² at 28 days.

    Step 3 · Thicknesses above 75 mm

    Clean 5–12 mm aggregate may be added at 30% of the grout weight.
