Application Instructions
- 1
Surface Preparation
The substrate must be sound, clean, dry, smooth, and level. Oil, grease, rust, dust, dirt, and loose particles must be removed. Damaged or defective areas should be repaired before application. Smooth surfaces such as ceramic, marble, and similar materials should be roughened to improve adhesion. Concrete substrates should be lightly pre-dampened; however, standing water must not be allowed on the surface.
- 2
Mixing
Gradually add 25 kg of FLEXDER+ to 7.0–7.5 L of clean water in a clean mixing container. Mix using a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous, lump-free consistency is obtained. Allow the mortar to rest for 5–10 minutes, then remix for 1–2 minutes before application.

Application
Apply the prepared mortar within its pot life. Place the covering material onto the adhesive within the open time and press firmly to ensure proper adhesion.
Important Notes
- The application and ambient temperature should be between +5 °C and +35 °C.
- Do not add water, cement, or any other additives to the prepared mortar.
- After application, protect the surface from frost, rain, direct sunlight, strong winds, and high temperatures.
- Take appropriate protective measures against frost at low temperatures and rapid moisture loss at high temperatures.
- Wait at least 24 hours before applying the grout.
- Clean the surface with water before the mortar has fully hardened.
- Clean all tools and equipment with water immediately after use, before the mortar hardens.
